Our experience shows that support functions are integral to a successful organisation and strategies need to be aligned to ensure the whole organisation operates smoothly and effectively.

In order to assess where you are against "best practice" we have developed a tool to diagnose and assess support function systems to ensure they are fit for purpose.  A detailed report supported by evidence and recommendations for improvement will be provided along with a summary "heat map" and Priority Improvement Plan.
