LEAN Training Academy

Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust has been on journey over the last 5 years to test, prove and demonstrate improvement methodologies that are directly applicable to achieving and sustaining change in the NHS.  In 2007, we set up our own Lean Academies on each of our hospital sites to train staff and provide a learning resource for LEAN methodologies. We can help you to:

• Understand what continuous improvement tools exist

• Decide which the right ones are for you are  

• Train your workforce in LEAN tools and techniques using our  in-house LEAN Academy

• Undertake continuous improvement projects on your behalf

• Establish your own LEAN Academy
