Financial Preparedness Diagnostic

In the current NHS climate, financial preparedness will be high up on the agenda and all Trusts' will be looking to ensure financial stability in the short, medium and long-term.

We have developed a tool to diagnose and assess Trust finances.  A detailed report supported by evidence and recommendations for improvement will be provided along with a summary "heat map" and Priority Improvement Plan.
